Product descriptions and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. The store currency is EUR. The checkout displays the order total and available delivery option before you confirm and pay. Review your items, address and total before submitting the order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout; payment providers process payment details under their own terms and privacy notices.
Availability and order issues
If an item cannot be supplied after you place an order, we will contact you and handle the order in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights in that situation.
Shipping and delivery
The store’s current shipping configuration shows free-shipping methods for France and for locations not covered by another shipping zone, with no minimum order amount configured. Checkout shows the option available for the address you enter. Any delivery date or estimate shown for your order applies; where no date or period is agreed, French consumer law generally sets a maximum delivery period of 30 days from the order. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
For eligible online purchases, consumers have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal starting the day after receipt of the goods.
